Where is the package shiped from?

Your package will be shipped from China.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 25 business days.

Please note:
Orders with customizations or special-order items may require additional processing time before shipping.

Packaging:

• Orders with less than 15 jerseys or under 3kg are shipped as one package.

• Orders over 15 jerseys or 3kg will be split into multiple packages for safer and faster delivery.

What shipping methods do you use?

We offer affordable ePacket shipping.
Express Shipping is available at an additional cost for faster delivery.

What should I do if the package is lost or fails to clear customs?

Don't worry.

If your package is lost or fails customs clearance, we will resend a new package for free to ensure you receive your order.

Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?

Generally, sports apparel is not considered a restricted item.
However, all countries regulate the quantities and types of items that can be imported.

Do you charge tax?

We do not charge tax for Non-EU countries at checkout. However:

• Your local customs may assess import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival.

• These fees are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier during delivery.
